What to include

Please include the game name, your device model, OS version, app version if visible, and the steps that led to the issue.

  • Screenshots or short screen recordings are helpful when they show the problem clearly.
  • Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or unrelated personal documents.

Languages

Japanese and English are the easiest languages for support. Chinese and Korean messages are welcome too, but replies may take a little longer.

Response expectations

AsobiPlaza is a small studio, so replies are not instant. We prioritize reproducible gameplay issues, access problems, privacy questions, and time-sensitive player reports.
