The AsobiPlaza website does not ask you to create an account. AsobiPlaza games are designed to start without an account wall.
If you email support, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include so we can reply and investigate the issue.
Our pages may be served through trusted infrastructure providers. These providers can process standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser, device, URL, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site.
App stores, device platforms, and payment providers may process downloads, purchases, crash reporting, or review data under their own policies.
We use support messages to answer questions, reproduce bugs, improve releases, and maintain player safety. We do not sell personal information.
If a specific game page, store listing, or in-app notice describes additional data practices, that game-specific notice applies to that game.
